  I have rented the studio apartment belonging to Yulia Boyko through Trimson Partners with Tanya being my contact. I was treated professionally in a friendly manner throughout the time Trimson's were agents for the apartment.

  I cannot say the same for the landlords, they treat their tenants with contempt, not addressing important maintenance and safety repairs to the unit, leading to VCAT intervention. Its good to be free of these people
  Should you want a private,hassle free tenancy don't rent from these people

  Tanya who rated 5 stars below is Trimson employee. She was out property manager and we regret the day we've handled her the keys for our apartment. Not only she didn't care in finding the right tenant in the shortest time possible (it took her on average 3 months when the other agency did it in just 2 weeks after we left Trimson), she also failed to complete all important documentation like initial property condition report, exit condition report, tenants ledger etc. The tenant didn't pay us on time and in full and she wouldn't care. I had to call her every day to remind her to contact the tenant, to start advertising, to check the property, basically doing her job. She was telling us so many lies!!! We wasted so much time and money with this so not professional agency and had to pay out of our own pocket for cleaning and repairs because Tanya released the bond without inspecting the property. I have got the photos of the condition the property was left. It is disgusting! If you care about your investment, stay away from Trimson. You'd be better of managing property yourself.
  As for Glenn Spence who rented our apartment, he became a nightmare tenant who not only didn't pay rent on time and in full but also threatened us. He ended up taking us to VCAT twice and judge told him twice he has no grounds to claim. He still owes us rent by the way. We are not the only one he owes money to, several debt collectors companies knocked on our door looking for Glenn because he didn't pay his bills.
